Chris founded Chrysalis Music Group that, alongside other pioneering labels like Island and Virgin, spearheaded a revolution in rock that left music changed forever. Suddenly bands found themselves treated seriously both as musicians and business people.

Chris also oversaw the development of Chrysalis TV and the launch of the classic detective series, Midsomer Murders, still one of the best selling dramas internationally. Chrysalis TV was sold to become the starting point for All 3 Media and Chris became the founder Chairman of the Digital Rights Group.

Chris has also created, owned and run a myriad of other British businesses spanning music, media and sports.
